01 Acceptance of Terms

exploit.today ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") provides real-time tracking, status reporting, and certification services for Roblox executor software and related products. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service, including but not limited to the website located at exploit-today.pages.dev, any associated APIs, Discord notifications, and all content, data, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the Service in any form — whether as a general visitor, an API consumer, an exploit developer, or any other capacity — you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Description of Service

exploit.today is an independent, third-party tracker and certification service. We provide the following:

• Real-time version tracking — We monitor and report current and upcoming Roblox client versions across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms, sourced from publicly accessible Roblox infrastructure.
• Exploit status tracking — We track the update status, detection status, version numbers, and general metadata for a curated list of Roblox executor software, sourced from exploit developers, third-party APIs, and our own monitoring systems.
• Certification program — We offer an optional certification process for executor developers who wish to receive a verified certification badge, subject to the requirements outlined in our separate Certification documentation.
• Public API — We expose a free, unauthenticated REST API that allows third parties to programmatically access version and exploit status data.
• Discord notifications — We operate Discord bot integrations that push real-time update notifications to designated channels.

The Service is provided on an informational basis only. We do not distribute, host, sell, or facilitate the download of any executor software. All links to exploit products point to their respective official sources and are provided purely as a convenience.

03 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure, circumvents rate limits, or is designed to replicate the Service commercially without permission.
• Using the Service or its data to harass, defame, or harm any individual, organization, or third-party product listed on the Service.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with exploit.today, or attempting to breach security or authentication measures.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any certification application or developer submission.
• Using automated systems to interact with the Service at a frequency that materially disrupts its availability for other users.
• Misrepresenting the Service's data as official Roblox information, or using our data in a way that could reasonably mislead end users as to its source or reliability.
• Framing, mirroring, or reproducing the Service's interface or data in any product or service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, including API access, for any user or entity found to be in violation of these Acceptable Use provisions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

04 Accuracy and Reliability of Data

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data we present. However, the nature of third-party data sources means that information may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. Specifically:

• Detection status for executor software can change rapidly and without notice. A status of "Undetected" at a given moment does not guarantee that the software will remain undetected at any future point.
• Version data is sourced from a combination of official and third-party APIs. Discrepancies may exist between our reported versions and actual deployed versions at any given time.
• Certification status reflects the state of a given executor at the time of certification review and does not constitute ongoing endorsement or continuous validation.
• Any links to external websites, products, or services are provided as a convenience. We do not control the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for their accuracy, legality, or availability.

You acknowledge that any reliance on data provided by the Service is at your own risk. exploit.today, its operators, and contributors shall not be held liable for any damages arising from decisions made based on information presented on the Service.

05 Third-Party Data and Attribution

exploit.today sources a portion of its data from third-party services, most notably WhatExpsAre.Online (WEAO). Data attributed to WEAO is subject to their respective terms of service and data policies. We make no claims of ownership over data sourced externally.

Individual exploit developers may provide version and status information directly to exploit.today or through public endpoints. Responsibility for the accuracy of such submissions rests with the respective developers.

Roblox version data is sourced from publicly accessible Roblox client settings infrastructure. exploit.today is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All references to Roblox on this Service are purely descriptive.

06 Intellectual Property

The exploit.today name, logo, visual design, and original written content are the intellectual property of exploit.today and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any original content on this Service without express written permission.

Data that is factual in nature — such as version strings, timestamps, and status indicators — is not subject to copyright protection and may be freely used, provided you do not misrepresent its source or present it in a manner that competes directly with the Service without attribution.

All trademarks, product names, and logos of third-party software listed on the Service (including but not limited to individual executor names and branding) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on exploit.today does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.

07 API Usage

exploit.today provides a free, public REST API. By using the API, you agree to the following additional conditions:

• You will not poll the API at a frequency exceeding what is reasonable for your use case. Responses are cached at the edge for 10 seconds; polling more frequently than once every 10 seconds is unnecessary and may result in your access being restricted.
• You will not use the API to build a competing tracking or certification service without express written permission from exploit.today.
• You will not represent API data as real-time or guaranteed-accurate in contexts where such a representation could cause harm or confusion.
• We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or discontinue any API endpoint at any time and without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate breaking changes, but this is not guaranteed.
• The API is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data freshness.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, exploit.today expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any data or information obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected.
• The Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, exploit.today and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits.
• Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by Roblox Corporation or any other platform as a result of using executor software tracked or certified by this Service.
• Damages arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated detection, version, or certification status data.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless exploit.today and its operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content or information you submit to the Service, including certification applications and developer submissions.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including API access, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service or its infrastructure, or conduct that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful to the Service, its users, or any third party.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations — shall survive.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. exploit.today makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
